Job Title: Yard Jockey Operator

Job Summary: Onin Staffing is seeking a skilled Yard Jockey Operator to join our team in the Elizabethtown, NC area. As a Yard Jockey Operator, you will be responsible for safely moving 18-wheeler trailers to and from yards and loading docks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Move trailers in and out of doors to load and material and equipment.
  • Perform daily pre-trip inspections to ensure trailers are in good working condition.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly warehouse cleaning checklists to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform weekly lot inventory of empty trailers to ensure accurate tracking and management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.
  • Proven experience driving 18 wheelers.
  • 100% able to stand all day and bend often.
