Perpetual Labor Sourcing is seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to work alongside our team in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of sheet metal products and systems.

**Responsibilities:**
Assist in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.

Assist with layout, measuring, and marking of sheet metal materials using appropriate tools and techniques.

Support the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal products, including ductwork, fittings, and architectural elements.

Install sheet metal systems, such as HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Maintain and repair existing sheet metal systems as needed.

Handle and transport sheet metal materials, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to minimize workplace accidents and hazards.

Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate any challenges or issues to the supervisor.

**Requirements:**
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug-screening and background check.
