Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 12 Hour Shift

Garland Road Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Enid, OK. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and performing various nursing procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal results.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Supervise and mentor subordinate staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Previous skilled nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
  • Solid understanding of clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
