Job Summary

As a skilled Registered Nurse at Pine Ridge Post Acute, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care services. Your expertise and compassionate approach will significantly contribute to the well-being and recovery of individuals in need.

Duties
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist in medical procedures and examinations
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse license
  • Proficiency in medication administration and patient care
  • Knowledge of eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is a plus
  • Experience in areas such as trauma medicine, long-term care, or pain management is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism
  • Familiarity with infant care practices and dermal fillers is advantageous
