We're seeking a skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at AlphaLink Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, and processing vendor payments. Your expertise in QuickBooks will enable you to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks and a proven track record as an office manager and/or bookkeeper, preferably in the technology sector.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Reconcile commercial bank accounts and process vendor payments
  • Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in business or accounting (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience with QuickBooks
  • Proven experience as an office manager and/or bookkeeper
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
