Position Overview and Requirements
This full-time hybrid position for a Family Law Associate Attorney at AFL requires a J.D. from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law in Colorado. We are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in family law. The associate will collaborate with the managing partner on her caseload while managing their own with appropriate supervision and support. Candidates should possess 1-4 years of litigation experience, with strong skills in research, writing, and oral advocacy. A commitment to the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct and a positive community reputation are essential. The minimum billable requirement for this role is 1440 hours annually. The position allows for remote work and offers a flexible schedule, provided that the attorney effectively manages their caseload and responsibilities. Additionally, the attorney is expected to complete 50 hours of pro bono work each year, which will be compensated at the same rate as billable hours and will count towards the attorney's billable hour goals.

Compensation Structure
The compensation for this role is performance-based, with expected earnings ranging from $80,000.00 to $140,000.00+, depending on experience and performance metrics.
