Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will oversee the efficient operation of the 725 Grille at Waukesha Memorial Hospital and catering services. Your responsibilities will include managing retail areas, assisting in staff development and performance monitoring, creating and maintaining work schedules, and handling various HR functions such as disciplinary actions and FMLA management. You will also ensure that cleaning tasks and projects are completed in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred advanced education in Culinary Arts
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food Service, with a preference for supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
