We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Masis Professional Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier service and expertise in commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex HVAC installations with precision and expertise, backed by at least 5 years of experience.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of commercial and industrial boilers and burners to ensure optimal performance.
  • Master the operation and troubleshooting of heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Apply advanced refrigeration skills to service, maintain, and repair diverse systems, meeting the highest standards of quality.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining a high standard of work and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and satisfaction in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in refrigeration service, maintenance, and repair, with a strong background in commercial HVAC systems.
  • EPA Certification and a valid Massachusetts refrigeration license are mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
