Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Join the Fillmore Unified School District team as a Registered Behavior Technician. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to provide behavioral support and interventions.

About the Role:
  • Provide behavioral support and interventions to students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Use positive behavioral supports and interventions to promote student learning and behavior.
  • Document student progress and behavior data to inform instruction and support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology, or a related field).
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
