Job Description

Ryder is seeking a skilled Truck Driver CDL A Regional to join our team. As a dedicated solo class A CDL truck driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines
  • Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs
  • Loading and unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by the customer
Benefits
  • Paid weekly
  • $1403 - $1700 average weekly pay
  • $0.60 per mile with 2000+ miles per week
  • $18.75 per stop with 8+ stops per week
  • $27.50 per night with 4 nights per week
  • Consecutive multi-night route premium of $150
  • Loyalty bonus of $5000
  • Paid training
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder drug test
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
