Physician Lead for Southern Illinois Medical Group

We are seeking an experienced physician to lead our medical group in Southern Illinois, offering a unique blend of clinical excellence and administrative expertise. This employed position with a hospital-affiliated medical group provides an exceptional platform for growth and professional development.
Compensation Package:
Our highly competitive compensation package includes a guaranteed base salary from $275,000 (based on experience) for the first two years, complemented by performance-based wRVU and quality incentives. Additionally, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, occurrence-based malpractice insurance, 25 days of vacation (including 5 days CME), CME allowance, 401(k), deferred compensation, and student loan repayment opportunities.
