Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team of clinicians serving the Tyngsboro residential area of Massachusetts. As an Occupational Therapist with Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients.

• Assess the home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs.
• Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence and well-being.
• Accurately and timely document patient progress and treatment plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license, a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and use electronic medical records (EMR) systems effectively.
