Position Overview

The ideal candidate for this position is an adept relationship cultivator, visionary thinker, and possesses the capability to communicate efficiently with leaders and team members both internally and externally. The Strategic Advisor will manage a variety of tasks aimed at improving decision-making processes within the organization and aiding in the realization of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the CRO on daily priorities and strategic projects
  • Offer an unbiased viewpoint to the CRO on significant concepts and challenges
  • Facilitate initiatives across departments and enhance organizational communication
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Executive Leadership team
  • Lead critical initiatives from inception to completion
  • Oversee ancillary business lines and personnel
  • Prepare agendas and materials for meetings
  • Document decisions and action items
  • Ensure follow-up on action items
  • Disseminate information across teams
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in large-scale enterprise programs
  • Ability to engage effectively with executives and senior leaders
  • Experience in developing business processes for diverse teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to various audiences
  • Ability to work productively with a variety of stakeholders
  • High level of integrity and emotional intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience reporting to Executive Leadership
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with a bias for action
