Dining Services Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Aladdin Campus Dining. As a key member of our education segment, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and service of meals, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Meal Production and Service: Provide hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
- Quality Control: Ensure all meals meet standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient meal production.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
