Educational Therapist for Speech and Language Development

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as an Educational Therapist for Speech and Language Development. This is a full-time position in Moxee, Washington.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating students' speech, language, and communication abilities. They will develop engaging therapy plans tailored to each student's needs and provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings.
Responsibilities:
- Avoid common communication barriers and challenges that affect students' academic performance.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapeutic goals into daily lessons.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about students' progress and provide recommendations for continued support at home.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
