We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Indiana United Methodist Children's Home. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical treatment plans for youth and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as well as crisis intervention and case management services.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy sessions, utilizing a trauma-informed approach.
- Communicate effectively with youth, families, and treatment teams, ensuring clear and timely information exchange.
- Participate in court hearings and educational events, advocating for the best interests of youth and families.
- Document all interactions, sessions, and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Masters degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years of experience providing mental health treatment, preferably in a residential or outpatient setting.
- LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure in the State of Indiana.
- Certification/training in TF-CBT, MI, or DBT is preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
