  • Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress, and outcomes, and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Social Work from a Graduate School of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, Current N.J. License, and at least one year of post-Master's Social Work or counseling experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong assessment and documentation skills, and proficiency in operating a computer, including Microsoft applications and an electronic medical record.
