The Site EHS&S Manager will drive improvement in environmental, health, safety, and sustainability performance at our Winchester, VA location. You will work closely with site, business unit operations leaders, and corporate EHS&S to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate efforts to implement risk mitigation, injury prevention, and EHS&S compliance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or PE, and experience working in a manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, safety, industrial hygiene, or similar discipline is also required. This position primarily requires an employee to walk and perform tasks in an industrial environment and can involve sitting for extended periods of time at a computer workstation. The ideal candidate must be able to lift 25 pounds and sit, stand, and walk for 7+ hours per day.
