Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description

At Interim HealthCare-Ringling Group, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Home Health CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
  • Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and document any changes
  • Work collaboratively with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient's care plan is followed
  • Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication, or medical equipment

Requirements:

  • Current Colorado CNA license in good standing
  • CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
  • At least six (6) months of recent health care experience
  • Ability to travel to surrounding areas
