We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Clinician to join our team. As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing clinical services, providing guidance and support to provisionally licensed clinicians and interns, and delivering high-quality counseling services to patients.

• Supervise and oversee clinical services, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to provisionally licensed clinicians and interns, including weekly clinical supervision meetings and training on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver high-quality counseling services to patients, including individual and group therapy sessions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
• Engage in anti-racism and anti-oppression work, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

• Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 3+ years of experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on clinical supervision and leadership.
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
