Brown Industries LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team in heavy civil construction projects. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for leveling, shaping, and finishing concrete surfaces to meet precise standards of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Level and smooth concrete surfaces using handheld screed and floats
  • Work with a variety of tools, including manual, pneumatic, and electric power tools
  • Operate concrete pumps, hoses, and equipment to place concrete
  • Verify levelness and verticality of concrete surfaces
  • Maintain a clean job site and secure equipment
  • Perform materials handling and storage
  • Load and unload trucks and haul materials
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
  • Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
