We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our attorneys with various tasks, including discovery, document review, and trial preparation.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist attorneys with discovery and responding to discovery requests
  • Review and analyze documents, including medical records and police reports
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including subpoenas and complaints
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing evidence and preparing witnesses
  • Manage court deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents
  • Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for court appearances

**Requirements**

  • ABA Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
