Weatherby Healthcare is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners for locum tenens opportunities. As a locum tenens NP, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of assignments that fit your schedule and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
- Manage a high volume of patients, with an average of 95 patients per day
- Perform casting and splinting, as well as interpret X-ray images
- Administer sutures and other medical procedures as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Active state license
- ATLS certification
- Experience working in an emergency department setting
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
