As a Senior Antenna Test Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of radar systems. You will work alongside our experienced team to design, integrate, and test cutting-edge systems that make a real difference in people's lives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement antenna test equipment for phased array systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new programs in a state-of-the-art facility
  • Test and validate software and hardware related to phased array systems
  • Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Support program meetings to develop root cause and corrective actions

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline with 9 years of relevant experience; or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline with 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with electrical and/or RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, etc.
  • Professional software development experience using languages such as C++, Python, MATLAB, etc.
  • Current, active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance

**Salary Range**

$114,900 - $190,600 per year
