Vinfen, a nonprofit health and human services organization, is seeking a dedicated Night Residential Counselor to join our team. As an Overnight Residential Counselor in a Residential Group Living Environment (RGLE), you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.

  • Implement treatment plans and assist individuals with activities of daily living">
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents">

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree in a human services-related discipline is preferred. Prior experience working in a human services setting is strongly desired. Bilingual/bicultural applicants and those with lived experience of psychiatric conditions are encouraged to apply.

Salary Information
