Infinia ML Inc is seeking a Data Engineer to support the delivery of AI-enabled solutions to transform our business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and generating operational KPIs for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Pipeline Development and Maintenance:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest, process, and store healthcare data from various sources.
  • Implement data transformation and integration processes to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and available for analysis and reporting.

Data Governance and Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies, standards, and best practices to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Implement data quality checks and validation processes to guarantee data accuracy and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with healthcare data regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and ensure compliance in all data processing activities.

KPI Reporting:

  • Develop and automate the generation of operational KPIs for stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with different stakeholders and teams to define and refine KPI metrics and reporting requirements.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to present KPI results in an accessible and actionable manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Experience with cloud environments, e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Experience with data visualization, e.g. PowerBI, Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be a US citizen or a Green Card Holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) is highly desirable.
