We are seeking talented Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our services. As an SLP with AnthroMed Education, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students and families. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially.

Our team is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices, ensuring our clinicians have access to the most effective tools and strategies.

Opportunities
We offer two exciting opportunities for Speech-Language Pathologists:
1. A year-long leave position with a start date of November 1st until the end of the school year, with a caseload of 60 students maximum (typical range: high 40s - low 50s).
2. An immediate start date until the end of the school year, with a caseload of 60 students maximum (typical range: high 40s - low 50s).

Responsibilities
- Evaluate student speech-language abilities and develop treatment plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services according to IEPs
- Conduct assessments, translate, and analyze results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills
- Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings
- Develop treatment plans that are strength-based and child-centered

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, starting at $85,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a 100% free United Healthcare Health Insurance Plan, Year-Round salaries for full-time staff, 30-35+ days of PTO, and 1:1 support from our Clinical Director.
