Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at The Willows at Willard. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food, including setting up the dining room and meal trays
  • Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless food service operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service or culinary setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
