Job Summary
The Pickleball Attendant plays a vital role in the success of the Pickleball Department at Life Time. As a key member of the team, they will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling court time, and educating members on Pickleball programs and services.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Schedule court time and assist members in a friendly and professional manner
Explain and promote all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members, helping them determine their individual needs
Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members, fostering a sense of community and loyalty
Ensure all Pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition
Promote all Life Time programs, products, and services to members
Accurately and efficiently complete daily billing and reconcile the cash register at the end of a shift
Requirements
Working toward a High School Diploma or GED
CPR and AED Certification within the first 30 days of hire
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Computer experience
