Soliant is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Park Ridge, Illinois. As a school-based Occupational Therapist, you will work with a special education team to provide services to students K-12.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student
- Document evaluation results, progress reports, and discharge reports in a timely manner
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
- Current Illinois License in Occupational Therapy
- Department of Education License, if applicable
- Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred
