We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team at Coach. As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations to drive sales.

- Operations: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Courage: Provides current, direct, complete, and actionable positive and corrective feedback to others.
- Customer Focus: Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Drive for Results: Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Relates well to all kinds of people, up, down, and sideways, inside and outside the organization.
