Requirements for Senior Care Coordinator:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A minimum of five years of professional caregiving experience
- At least one year of experience in an administrative role
- Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients
- Capability to pass a background screening
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Care Coordinator, you will be expected to:
- Provide exceptional care to clients while overseeing the caregiving team, including training, scheduling, and recruitment.
- Act as a representative of the organization, ensuring client satisfaction and filling in for shifts as necessary.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and staff, completing tasks within designated timeframes.
- Exhibit flexibility, manage on-call responsibilities, and respond to communications promptly.
- Comply with company policies, the Employee Handbook, and established service protocols.
- Address urgent client or staff concerns by directing them to the appropriate management personnel.
- Coordinate introductions for new hires and clients, assist with recruitment needs, and be accessible by phone as required.
- Participate in staff orientation and set a positive example during training sessions.
- Utilize a smartphone, Wi-Fi, and a company-issued laptop as necessary.
