Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for cancer patients.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, review medical histories, and conduct physical examinations to determine the most appropriate radiation therapy approach.
- Utilize advanced imaging technologies to precisely target tumors and develop accurate treatment plans.
- Safely administer radiation therapy in accordance with established protocols, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes while minimizing potential side effects.
- Regularly monitor patients' progress throughout the course of treatment, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on response and any emerging medical developments.
- Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, potential side effects, and supportive care measures, promoting open communication and informed decision-making.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in radiation oncology, attending conferences, workshops, and engaging in continuous medical education to enhance your knowledge and skills.

- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, treatment plans, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a residency program in Radiation Oncology from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Radiation Oncology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the jurisdiction where the position is located.
