  • Utilize customized cleaning checklists to perform tasks to established standards
  • Clean and disinfect high-touch areas, including sinks, countertops, floors, and restrooms
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchenettes
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and hand scrub floors using various cleaning equipment
  • Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
  • Identify potential safety or maintenance issues and communicate them to clients
  • Arrive on time, perform services to established standards, and ensure facilities are locked and secured when finished
  • Handle special requests for clients as needed
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial or residential cleaning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
