Responsibilities:

The Clinical Workflow Optimization Manager will be responsible for:

  • Optimizing clinical workflows to improve patient outcomes
  • Developing and implementing effective project plans and timelines
  • Mentoring and managing a team of informatics and IT professionals
  • Ensuring accurate and secure health data management
  • Driving change initiatives to improve clinical workflows

Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per annum.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management within healthcare settings
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and application development
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Asana, Microsoft Project)
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
