Job Title: Senior UX Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects within our research, user experience, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to define project objectives and allocate resources, including staff and budget.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify business or system challenges, recommend solutions, and guide teams in execution.
  • Ensure projects meet the triple constraints of cost, time, and scope, while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project deliverables, ensuring accurate metrics reporting and compliance with approved methodologies.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, impactful presentations and communications to stakeholders, incorporating corporate communication best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to enhance policies, processes, and systems, promoting efficiency and cost savings.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and vendors, ensuring collaboration and alignment with project goals.
  • Provide day-to-day project status updates and insights on scope, schedule, cost, and quality to support decision-making.
  • Facilitate understanding and collaboration between internal teams and business partners, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, including analysis and documentation.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver large, complex projects across multiple departments.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy, design principles, and technology.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans, collaborating with designers, writers, and video producers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across the company and with external partners.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a high degree of initiative.
  • Project Management certification (PMI, PMP) or a degree with an emphasis in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and experience managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
