About the job: Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Clinic

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sugar Maple Health. This is a staff-level position focused on direct patient care in our outpatient clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Louisiana.
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
