Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a Supervisor on our nursing team. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on assigned shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular rounds on each unit to monitor patient care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Provide education and training to staff members on various aspects of patient care, including medication administration and wound care.
  • Ensure that all staff members are aware of and comply with local, state, and federal regulations governing patient care.
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
  • Previous experience in long-term care is preferred, but not required
