This role is part of Memorial Belleville's Orthopedics unit, working full-time nights. The position offers a competitive pay, BSN differential, shift differential, benefits eligibility, and a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment, educates patients on post-treatment home care needs and medication administration.

  • Develops, implements, and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient or family.

Requirements
  • Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree.
  • RN licensure.
