We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients through the childbirth process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring fetal heart rates.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in labor and delivery care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
