Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- Active state DEA licensure.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
