- Prior experience in customer service is essential; dealership experience is advantageous
- Personable and approachable demeanor, particularly in managing objections and negotiations
- Exceptional customer-oriented communication abilities
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exhibit a high level of "Hospitality Quotient" characterized by kindness, optimism, intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
- Engage effectively with customers and prospects through various communication channels
- Promptly address all incoming sales inquiries with professionalism

- Assist clients in selecting the right vehicle while staying informed about new products and features

- Participate in product and sales training as directed by management

- Implement a follow-up system that promotes repeat and referral business, enhancing customer satisfaction
