- Prior experience in customer service is essential; dealership experience is advantageous
- Personable and approachable demeanor, particularly in managing objections and negotiations
- Exceptional customer-oriented communication abilities
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Engage effectively with customers and prospects through various communication channels
