Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Internal Customers: Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their business issues and provide solutions.
  • Machine Learning Expertise: Develop and implement machine learning models to improve and streamline internal customers' projects and applications.
  • Paired Programming: Engage in daily paired programming with a senior engineer to ensure high-quality code and best practices.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather requirements from internal customers and work with the Custom Tools team to develop solutions.
  • Analytics and Visualization: Aggregate data and visualize insights to help internal customers make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Basic Understanding of Machine Learning: Possess a basic understanding of machine learning concepts and principles.
  • Programming Skills: Have experience in common programming languages, preferably Python.
  • Database Knowledge: Understand relational databases and SQL.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work with customers, take requirements, and solve business issues.
  • Analytics Experience: Experience in aggregating data and visualizing insights.
