Carpenter (Hourly)

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team at Holder Construction. As a key member of our Field Supervision team, you will be responsible for performing skilled carpentry work in the maintenance and repair of commercial buildings and facilities.

• Performing skilled carpentry work, including rough carpentry, setting forms for concrete, and finish wall paneling, casework, and trim.
• Constructing and maintaining safety handrails and hole protection, steps and gang ladders, temporary weather enclosures and protection.
• Providing primary support to our field supervision team and demonstrating ownership of assigned tasks.

• 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
• Ability to read drawings and training in construction safety protocols (OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platform).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.

• Competitive hourly rate between $23.00 and $33.50.

• Shift differential pay for night and swing shift.
