Key Responsibilities:Position Overview:
The Regional Operations Leader will oversee multiple locations, providing direction, objectives, and support to Bakery Managers. This role is crucial for the development of both Managers and Team Members, as we prioritize growth and people-centric initiatives.
Your support will encompass all facets of guest engagement, cake production, brand representation, workplace environment, financial management, and inventory oversight.
The Regional Operations Leader must embody our values, demonstrating radical empathy, selflessness, and unwavering accountability. The primary goal of this position is to enhance sales and profitability while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, a welcoming atmosphere, a positive workplace culture, and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and mentoring store managers within the region.
- Ensuring effective training for new team members.
- Implementing company strategies to meet business goals.
- Monitoring and evaluating regional performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store teams.
- Driving initiatives to boost sales and achieve financial objectives.
- Ensuring consistency in branding, merchandising, and customer service across all locations.
- Addressing and resolving operational challenges promptly and effectively.
- Participating in the opening of new bakeries.
- Providing additional support to newly established locations.
- Collaborating with the Director of Operations & Development to set team goals.
- Reporting weekly to the Director of Operations & Development.
- Conducting bi-weekly support calls with all Managers on relevant topics.
- Regularly visiting bakeries to offer encouragement, assess operational effectiveness, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Overseeing Marketing Coordinators.

Compensation:
$55,000 - $70,000 annually
