Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for assigned clients, staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Train and mentor junior employees on paid social program management, ensuring they have the skills to drive client success.
  • Collaborate with the insights and analytics team to create measurement plans and track campaign performance.
  • Partner with the predictive analytics team to utilize native language processing of social media data to predict content and behavior analysis opportunities.
  • Manage a team of social media analysts, helping them grow and develop into full-stack social media marketers.
  • Provide oversight to analysts who manage day-to-day social campaigns for clients, ensuring best-in-class tools and strategies are used.
  • Stay up-to-date on FDA regulations and processes, ensuring compliance in the pharmaceutical space.
  • Lead thought leadership efforts related to social media on behalf of CMI, working alongside creative and PR agencies to adjust messaging based on social analysis.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of social media experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading teams.
  • Natural leadership skills, with the ability to articulate strategies thoughtfully and to the point.
  • Strong business and leadership skills to make independent decisions affecting daily operations and management of campaigns.
  • Ability to create, grow, and expand relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to make recommendations based on statistically significant data sets.
