Job Details

We are seeking Class A CDL drivers with experience and new graduates to join our dedicated team. As a team driver, you will be hauling 53' Reefer trailers on a dedicated account, running from Sacramento to Portland, OR and Seattle, WA and back.


  • Our team drivers will run OTR for 4-6 weeks if under 6 months experience.
  • Home time varies with Team from every week, every two weeks, or as the Teams prefer (more home time if living by hub)
  • Mix of drop & hook, live load/unload, and driver assist (pallet jack)
  • The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
  • Miles a week is 2200.

Pay/Benefits

We offer competitive pay and benefits to our team drivers. Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks. Experienced drivers can earn up to $1800 average earnings a week. We also offer full benefits, including medical, dental, 401K and PTO, after 30 days of employment.


  • .59 -.70 a mile depending on experience
  • $30 stop pay – split between drivers.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have:


  • Attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
  • No DUI's, Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years. Safety to review all criminal offenses.
  • Solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of unemployment. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max unemployment allowed.
  • Ability to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
  • Reside within 100 miles of Sacramento, CA, Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA.
