Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute nursing duties in accordance with established credentialing privileges and nursing protocols. Conduct patient intake, monitor vital signs, administer and document treatments, medications, immunizations, IV infusions, and perform CLIA waived lab tests. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and assist clinicians during examinations and procedures. Educate patients on care plans and schedule follow-up appointments. Provide nursing support in various clinics as required.
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and triage patients based on their physical, emotional, and mental health conditions, adhering to established protocols. Accurately document patient evaluations and discharge processes in clinical records.
  • Maintain necessary records and logs as mandated. Support the management of medication and supply inventory, emergency equipment, and oxygen supplies. Assist in the cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments.
  • Participate in in-service training and educational workshops. Engage in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Nursing with a minimum of 4 years of experience; Associate of Science in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience; or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in independently assessing patient conditions or consulting as necessary, providing appropriate treatment or referrals.
  • In-depth knowledge of current principles, methods, and practices in medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Skilled in the assessment and treatment of diverse populations.
  • Ability to distinguish between emergency and non-emergency situations.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in medical, health, human services, and counseling programs.
