We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team at WEC Business Services LLC. Located in the Milwaukee, Green Bay, or Chicago area, this position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement with time spent in the office.

Job Summary

This role plays a vital part in supporting our company's overall cybersecurity infrastructure and operational effectiveness through preparedness, threat prediction and detection, incident response and recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build secure information technology systems, responsible for system and/or network development, and perform review and evaluation of incoming cybersecurity information.
  • Manage collection and analysis of information from various applications, conduct assessments of threats and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation countermeasures.
  • Develop and execute company policies and procedures affecting cybersecurity operations and ensure compliance (e.g., NERC CIP, Sarbanes Oxley).
  • Develop cybersecurity indicators to ascertain the operating environment's status.
  • Identity and access management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information technology, or related field preferred. Combination of associate degree, military or professional experience, and cybersecurity certification will be considered.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in cybersecurity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Directory Design and Management.
  • Cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell or .NET).
  • Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Data security.
  • Network Access Management, DNS, DHCP.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
