About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel. The ideal candidate will have a valid medical license, experience in a similar role, and knowledge of relevant regulations such as CLIA and cGMPs. They must be able to make decisions that impact the department's credibility, operations, and services.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of medical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Oversee the maintenance of medical supplies and emergency equipment
• Review and sign medical incident reports, abnormal test results, and donor record files
• Determine donor suitability following adverse reactions, collaborating with the Corporate or Divisional Medical Director as needed
Benefits:
CSL offers a competitive salary of $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Working Conditions:
The ideal candidate must be able to frequently stand and walk, working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. Overnight travel may be required up to 75% of the time without lengthy lead-time.
